First Appraisal Services was incorporated in 1994 by Donald C. Duncan.  The appraisers and staff of First Appraisal Services are equipped to provide a variety of valuation services including consultations, appraisal and appraisal review.  We have the knowledge and expertise to provide quality, unbiased and timely consultation and appraisal services for vacant land and a variety of commercial real estate property types.

All assignments and reports produced by the firm meet or exceed the standards promulgated by the Uniform Standards and Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).  All of the appraisers in the firm are Certified General Real Estate Appraisers certified by the State of Arizona, and several of the appraisers hold professional designations.

The firm has a special interest in providing appraisal services for litigation support, particularly in the field of eminent domain, and has provided these services for both private property owners as well as local, state and federal governmental agencies.
